  • A passion for supporting young people’s voices and helping them influence change in their community.

  • A proven background in social care, youth work, education, wellbeing or a related field.

  • The ability to build trusting relationships with children, young people, their families, and professionals.

  • A good understanding of the challenges children and young people face, including exploitation, youth violence, and wellbeing.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

We believe that lived experience brings valuable insight, so we strongly encourage individuals who have personal experience in this field to apply.

A full clean driving licence, with access to a car and appropriate insurance is necessary to fulfil this role.

Why Join Us? At Link to Change, we are driven by the belief that children and young people should have a voice in shaping their futures.
